Important Note
APPLICATION FOR PREFERENCE FORM
(Forms in Church on bookcase) This is different from the form given you by the schools
It is advisable to get this form before you contact the school.

To enrol at a Catholic school you need to get a Preference Form from the school and have it  signed by your Parish Priest (not the Priest from the Parish where the school is located but from the Parish which you consider as your "home" Parish).

Make an appointment to see the priest and remember to take along the child's baptism certificate (or if the child is not baptised, the baptism certificate of the person enrolling the child.)
It is advisable to get this form before you contact the school.
